Job summary

Azizi Industries, the manufacturing arm of Azizi Developments, seeks a Fit-Out Supervisor to oversee modular bathroom pod installation on luxury high-rise projects in the UAE. You will ensure work is safe, on schedule, and in line with approved drawings and quality standards.

You will coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and MEP groups to deliver finishing works on time while maintaining high quality and adherence to project specifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years UAE experience in fit-out, modular construction, or related works.
• Proven experience as Fit-Out Supervisor or similar role.
• Experience with modular bathroom pods/prefabricated units preferred.
• Ability to read architectural, shop, MEP, and fit-out drawings.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, manpower, materials, and multiple trades.
• Experience in snagging, rectification, quality inspection, and handover.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily modular bathroom pod installation, fit-out, and finishing works.
• Monitor subcontractors and workers for compliance with drawings/specifications.
• Coordinate with MEP teams for plumbing, drainage, electrical, HVAC, and sanitary connections.
• Inspect completed works for quality, alignment, finishing, and compliance.
• Coordinate pod positioning, installation, testing, snagging, and handover.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and site progress to ensure timely completion.
• Identify and resolve site issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and site requirements.

As a Fit-Out Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the installation, fit-out, and finishing of modular bathroom pods for luxury high-rise construction projects. You will ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. You will coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, MEP teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality completion.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily modular bathroom pod installation, fit-out, and finishing works.
• Monitor subcontractors and workers to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Supervise installation of sanitary fixtures, tiles, flooring, ceilings, partitions, vanities, glass, doors, and accessories.
• Coordinate with MEP teams for plumbing, drainage, electrical, HVAC, and sanitary connections.
• Inspect completed works for quality, alignment, finishing, and compliance.
• Coordinate pod positioning, installation, connections, testing, snagging, and handover.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and site progress to ensure timely completion.
• Identify and resolve site issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and site requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in fit-out, bathroom fit-out, modular construction, or related works.
• Proven experience as a Fit-Out Supervisor, Bathroom Fit-Out Supervisor, Interior Supervisor, Finishing Supervisor, or similar role.
• Experience with modular bathroom pods/prefabricated bathroom units is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of bathroom finishing, sanitary fixtures, tiling, waterproofing, ceilings, partitions, and joinery.
• Ability to read architectural, shop, MEP, and fit-out drawings.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, manpower, materials, and multiple trades.
• Experience in snagging, rectification, quality inspection, and handover.
• UAE experience with a reputable modular bathroom/pod, fit-out, contracting, or construction company is preferred.
