Job summary

Advanced Maintenance Technology Consultants LLC in Dubai is seeking a Site Supervisor for fit-out and renovation projects, including luxury villas. You will supervise civil finishing and electrical works from A to Z, ensuring proper execution and coordination.

The role requires 4–5+ years in fit-out and residential projects, strong UAE experience preferred, and the ability to oversee multiple trades, ensure quality control, and maintain on-site safety. Hindi speaking is an advantage.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of relevant experience in fit-out, renovation and residential/villa projects.
• Strong UAE experience preferred; GCC experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day fit-out and renovation activities at residential and villa projects, manage civil finishing and electrical works from A to Z with proper execution and coordination.
• Supervise masonry plastering, gypsum flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing and other finishing works.
• Read and interpret architectural, civil, MEP, electrical and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with MEP, HVAC, carpentry, joinery, kitchen and wardrobe teams on site.
• Supervise workers, electricians, helpers, subcontractors and multiple trades on site.
• Ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Monitor workmanship, materials and installation quality throughout the project.
• Coordinate setting out measurements, material requirements and site activities.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve problems.
• Conduct inspections and ensure proper completion before proceeding to next stage.
• Carry out snagging, rectification and final finishing works.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning and handover activities as required.
• Prepare daily site reports, manpower reports, progress updates and site photographs.
• Monitor manpower progress and site productivity.
• Ensure proper use of materials, tools and equipment at site.
• Maintain good housekeeping and comply with site safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical works including lighting power DBs wiring containment and electrical installations
• Read and interpret architectural civil MEP electrical and shop drawings

• Supervise workers electricians helpers subcontractors and multiple trades on site
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings specifications and project requirements

Qualifications and Experience

• 4–5+ years of relevant experience in fit-out, renovation and residential/villa projects.
• Strong UAE experience preferred; GCC experience will be considered.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of civil, finishing and electrical works.
• Proven experience in luxury villa or high-end residential renovation projects is highly preferred.
• Ability to independently manage multiple trades and site activities.
• Good knowledge of construction materials, measurements, setting out and site requirements.
• Strong quality control, site coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Hindi speaking is an advantage.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is a strong advantage, preferably manual.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
