Confidential Company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to lead daily civil structural and finishing works on luxury villa and high-end residential projects. You will oversee execution under the Construction Manager and Project Manager, ensuring compliance with drawings, specs and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture is required.
• 8+ years’ experience in residential construction and site execution.
• Experience with a Tier A main contracting company in UAE is mandatory.
• Proven track record supervising site engineers, foremen and subcontractors.
• Hands-on experience on luxury villas or high-end residential projects.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead daily civil structural and finishing works across assigned work fronts on luxury villa and high-end residential projects under the direction of the Construction Manager Project Manager Guide Site Engineers foremen and supervisors ensuring execution complies with approved drawings specifications method statements and project requirements
• Translate the approved programme into weekly look-ahead plans and daily targets coordinate manpower materials equipment and subcontractors to achieve planned progress
• Coordinate civil works with MEP architectural joinery and specialist finishing teams to resolve interfaces and maintain the correct construction sequence
• Identify drawing discrepancies and site constraints raise technical queries and follow up on clarifications before execution
• Coordinate with QA QC teams for inspections testing and approvals before covering works maintain high standards of workmanship and prevent defects and rework
• Monitor productivity material consumption and wastage and enforce site safety and housekeeping requirements
• Submit accurate progress reports highlight delays and resource shortages and recommend corrective actions to the Construction Manager Project Manager
• Support snagging rectification and handover of completed works

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/ Architecture with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in residential construction and site execution, including experience with a Tier A main contracting company in UAE
• Proven experience as a Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer, supervising Site Engineers, foremen and subcontractors across multiple work fronts
• Hands-on experience in luxury villas or high-end residential projects, with strong exposure to structural works, architectural finishes and premium workmanship requirements
• Sound knowledge of construction sequencing, approved drawings, specifications, inspection procedures and civil–MEP coordination
• Ability to prepare short-term execution plans, monitor productivity, anticipate constraints and resolve day-to-day technical issues
• Strong leadership, ownership, communication and reporting skills, with a proactive approach to quality, safety and timely delivery
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; familiarity with MS Project or Primavera P6 is an advantage
