Job summary

Top Techno Fire & Safety Co. LLC in Dubai seeks a Project Manager to lead fire fighting, alarm and emergency lighting projects from initiation to handover.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teams to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with spec and safety rules. The role requires 3–5 years in project management, engineering degree, strong Excel and project-tracking skills, and driving licence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering (mechanical, electrical, civil, or related field).
• 3–5 years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, and Emergency Lighting systems.
• Proficiency in Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Experience with project tracking and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and monitor multiple fire safety projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Monitor schedules, manpower, materials and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with specs, local authority requirements and safety regulations.
• Prepare progress reports, schedules and documentation.
• Support testing, commissioning, handover and close-out activities.
• Attend project meetings and maintain stakeholder communication.
• Assist in AMC contracts and follow-up activities where required.
