Gamma Holdings. seeks an experienced Project Manager for Fire Life Safety Systems (Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm & Emergency Lighting) to oversee the execution of complex fire protection projects from design through handover.

You will coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with NFPA and UAE standards while managing time, cost and quality constraints across multiple sites.

Qualifikationen

• 8–12 years in Fire Fighting/Fire Protection projects.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in relevant field.
• Experience in managing fire life safety systems projects.

Aufgaben

• Manage execution of fire protection projects from design coordination through procurement, installation, testing and handover to client.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure design and installation compliance with NFPA standards UAE Fire & Life Safety Code of Practice and DCD requirements.
• Monitor project programme, manpower, materials, procurement and subcontractor performance.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure installation aligns with drawings and specs.
• Identify technical issues and coordinate timely corrective actions.
• Lead project handover and obtain completion/approval documentation.
• Manage multiple fire protection activities while maintaining programme and quality.

Ensure design and installation compliance with applicable NFPA standards UAE Fire & Life Safety Code of Practice and DCD requirements.

Monitor project programme manpower materials procurement and subcontractor performance.

Conduct site inspections and ensure installation is in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.

Identify technical issues and coordinate timely corrective actions.

Ensure project completion within approved time cost and quality requirements.

Lead project handover and obtain required completion/approval documentation.

Ability to manage multiple fire protection activities while maintaining programme and quality.
