Job summary

Apple School is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Fire Life Safety Systems in Dubai, UAE. The role focuses on managing fire protection projects from commencement, through design coordination, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning, to handover, coordinating with consultants, clients, contractors and suppliers.

You will ensure compliance with NFPA standards and UAE Fire & Life Safety Code, monitor programmes, manage manpower and procurement, and conduct site inspections to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field.
8–12+ years of experience in Fire Fighting/Fire Protection projects.
Experience managing fire protection systems projects from design through handover.

Responsibilities

Manage execution of fire protection projects from commencement to handover.
Coordinate design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning with consultants, clients, and contractors.
Ensure compliance with NFPA standards, UAE Fire & Life Safety Code, and DCD requirements.
Monitor programme, manpower, materials, procurement and subcontractor performance.
Conduct site inspections and ensure installation aligns with drawings and specs.
Identify issues and coordinate timely corrective actions.
Deliver projects within approved time, cost and quality constraints.
