Job summary

LEAMS Education Services (Gamma Holdings Ltd.) seeks an experienced Project Manager – Fire Life Safety Systems to manage fire protection projects from start to finish, coordinating with consultants, clients, and subcontractors. You will ensure NFPA, UAE Fire & Life Safety Code compliance and oversee design, procurement, installation, testing, and handover.

The role requires 8–12+ years in Fire Fighting/ Fire Protection Projects, a Bachelor’s degree or diploma, and a proven ability to manage

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of fire protection projects from commencement, design coordination through procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA standards, UAE Fire & Life Safety Code of Practice and DCD requirements.
• Monitor programme, manpower, materials, procurement and subcontractor performance.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure installation per drawings and specifications.
• Identify technical issues and coordinate timely corrective actions.
• Lead project handover and obtain completion/approval documentation.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Fire Life Safety Systems (Fire Fighting , Fire Alarm & Emergency Lighting Systems) to manage execution of fire protection projects from commencement, design coordination through procurement, installation, testing, commissioning , final authority approval, handing over to client coordinating with consultants, clients, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.

Ensure design and installation compliance with applicable NFPA standards, UAE Fire & Life Safety Code of Practice and DCD requirements.

Monitor project programme, manpower, materials, procurement and subcontractor performance.

Conduct site inspections and ensure installation is in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.

Identify technical issues and coordinate timely corrective actions.

Ensure project completion within approved time, cost and quality requirements.

Lead project handover and obtain required completion/approval documentation.

Ability to manage multiple fire protection activities while maintaining programme and quality.
