Job summary

Apple School is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Fire Life Safety Systems in Dubai, UAE. The role focuses on managing fire protection projects from commencement, through design coordination, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning, to handover, coordinating with consultants, clients, contractors and suppliers.

You will ensure compliance with NFPA standards and UAE Fire & Life Safety Code, monitor programmes, manage manpower and procurement, and conduct site inspections to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in Fire Fighting/Fire Protection projects.
• Experience managing fire protection systems projects from design through handover.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of fire protection projects from commencement to handover.
• Coordinate design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning with consultants, clients, and contractors.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Fire Life Safety Systems (Fire Fighting , Fire Alarm & Emergency Lighting Systems) to manage execution of fire protection projects from commencement, design coordination through procurement, installation, testing, commissioning , final authority approval, handing over to client coordinating with consultants, clients, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.

Ensure design and installation compliance with applicable NFPA standards, UAE Fire & Life Safety Code of Practice and DCD requirements.

Monitor project programme, manpower, materials, procurement and subcontractor performance.

Conduct site inspections and ensure installation is in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.

Identify technical issues and coordinate timely corrective actions.

Ensure project completion within approved time, cost and quality requirements.

Lead project handover and obtain required completion/approval documentation.

Ability to manage multiple fire protection activities while maintaining programme and quality.
