Job summary

Top Techno Fire & Safety Co. LLC in the UAE seeks a project professional to execute work in line with civil defence approved IFC drawings. You will plan manpower daily and coordinate with teams to ensure smooth project progress.

Responsibilities include raising material requests, MIR/WIR as progress, coordinating with main contractors, preparing progress invoices, and maintaining project documentation. UAE driving license is mandatory; 5 years Gulf experience and knowledge of NFPA/UAE Fire code

Qualifications

• B.E Graduate or any degree is acceptable.
• UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Minimum Gulf experience of 5 years in a similar field.
• Good communication skills and problem-solving skills at project.
• Basic knowledge of NFPA & UAE Fire code.

Responsibilities

• Executing a project in line with civil defence approved drawing IFC drawing at project.
• Good communication with the working subordinate and manpower planning on a daily basis.
• Raising a proper material request MR based on a project progress and obtained the material approval from main contractor consultant.
• Good coordination with main contractor consultant organization to build as a team working capability.
• Raising MIR WIR request based on work progress at the site.
• Raising a monthly progressive invoice for the worked done at project obtained the payment certificate.
• Coordination with subcontractors suppliers transportation facility and ensure a proper inventory at project.
• Prepare project documentation reports and updates.
• Attending Daily weekly meeting with MEP team related to site activities
