Job summary

NAFFCO in Dubai is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to champion high-quality Fire Protection Systems within the Oil & Gas industry. You will combine technical acumen with a solution-based selling approach to deliver value for our clients.

You will develop relationships with engineering firms and contractors, present and tailor fire protection solutions, prepare technical proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliant and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical sales engineering within oil & gas, petrochemical, or fire safety systems.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications relevant to fire protection in oil & gas facilities.
• Knowledge of fire protection standards and safety regulations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders at oil & gas facilities, engineering firms and contractors.
• Present, demonstrate and promote Fire Protection Systems including active and passive solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, specifications and sales quotations aligned with industry standards (ATEX, IECEx, API, NFPA).
• Collaborate with internal engineering, project and service teams to design, price and deliver complete fire protection solutions for brownfield and greenfield projects.
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, coordinating site visits, training and commissioning support.
