Job summary

NAFFCO Careers is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer – Passive Fire in the UAE to drive sales of passive fire protection products. You will build relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users while delivering technical presentations and site visits to support specifications.

The role requires 2–5 years UAE/GCC experience in passive fire protection, strong knowledge of standards, and proficiency with CRM/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of UAE/GCC experience in Passive Fire Protection or related construction products.
• Solid knowledge of passive fire protection systems and standards such as UL, ASTM, BS, EN, and UAE Fire & Life Safety Code.
• Experience with consultants, contractors, and major construction projects.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Passive Fire Protection products and solutions.
• Develop new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, architects, and decision-makers.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits to support specifications.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Coordinate with estimation, engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure delivery.
• Provide technical support on product selection, application methods, and fire safety compliance.
• Track pipelines, competitors, and market trends to uncover opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales and quotation records in CRM/ERP systems.
