Job summary

Naffco Group in Dubai is seeking a driven Site Engineer (Fire Protection System) to oversee onsite installation, commissioning, and maintenance of fire protection solutions. This role emphasizes strong client engagement, problem-solving, and adherence to the highest quality and safety standards on every project.

You will liaise with clients, contractors and project teams to interpret requirements, conduct site inspections, deliver technical presentations, and prepare test reports and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fire Protection Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with fire protection systems on-site.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites.
• Strong sales and client engagement experience.
• Knowledge of NFPA, BS, EN and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise onsite installation, commissioning and maintenance of fire protection systems.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams to interpret requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks and system validations.
• Provide on-site technical support and resolve issues promptly.
• Deliver presentations and demonstrations to clients about solutions.
• Prepare test reports, progress updates, and compliance records.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and upsell.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations.
