Job summary

Naffco in Dubai is seeking a Project Engineer for Fire Fighting Systems to lead planning, execution, and handover of fire protection projects across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.

The ideal candidate has a solid mechanical engineering background with hands-on experience in fire fighting design, installation, commissioning, plus strong project coordination, site management, and documentation skills; familiarity with NFPA codes and UAE regulations is essential.

Qualifications

• Mechanical engineering background with hands-on experience in fire fighting system design, installation, commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Strong project planning abilities, with proficiency in scheduling tools and project tracking systems.
• Solid knowledge of NFPA codes and UAE fire safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of fire fighting system projects ensuring compliance with design specs and safety standards.
• Coordinate activities between engineering, site, procurement and installation teams for timely delivery.
• Oversee site installation works, supervising subcontractors and technicians for high quality work.
• Review technical drawings and project documentation to guide site operations.
• Maintain thorough project records including reports and test certificates.
