Job summary

Independent Recruitment Consultant (freelancer) invites a seasoned payments and banking professional to join a UAE-based initiative targeting Indian payment gateways and core banking workflows.

You will lead banking operations, oversee payment gateway setup, and build partnerships with banks, EMIs, and gateway providers in India to secure favorable terms and efficient processing. A strong fintech background and 2–20 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
• Master's degree or professional qualification in Finance/Banking is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of direct payment gateway operations experience.
• Experience in end-to-end payment solutions and core banking operations.
• Deep knowledge of Indian banking operations and payment processing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Banking Operations: ensure secure, seamless banking and financial transactions.
• Payment Gateway Setup: lead setup, integration, and strategic tie-ups with Indian gateways.
• Partnership Management: build relationships with banks, EMIs, payment aggregators, and gateway providers in India.
• Financial Solutions Optimization: research and implement fintech methods for payments and processing.
