Job summary

Confidential Company in the UAE seeks an Operations professional to manage cheque clearing and transfers. You will work with FTS, SWIFT, and BUNA, ensuring accurate processing and compliance. Proficiency with Temenos core banking and related systems is essential.

You will review client onboarding mandates, maintain accounts and cards, and support process improvements. This role requires 3+ years in UAE banking operations and a solid grasp of regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Banking, Economics or Finance.
• At least 3 years of UAE banking experience in Operations.
• Understanding of regulatory, retail, and corporate credit requirements.
• Working knowledge of banking applications.

Responsibilities

• Process inward and outward cheque clearing with accuracy.
• Process transfers on FTS, SWIFT and BUNA.
• Use ICCS and Image Cheque Clearing System for transactions and improvements.
• Gain expertise in FTS, SWIFT, BUNA, WPS and DDA.
• Review mandates for client onboarding and maintenance.
• Handle operations related to cheque books, cards and accounts.
• Act as backup for operations functions and learn other areas.
