Job summary

Client of Pink Camel is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to scale a fintech platform across markets, regions and partners. You will report to the CEO and lead a team of 23 direct reports to advance card issuing, payments operations, third-party integrations and infrastructure.

Your focus will be on scale, reliability, security and regulatory readiness, building systems, ownership models and engineering discipline that withstands turnover.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a senior technology leadership role within fintech with hands-on API work.
• Essential experience in card issuing, acquiring or banking and regulatory knowledge.
• Proven track record in scaling secure, compliant production systems.
• Experience with ISO 27001, SAMA, SOC 2 or PCI DSS is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a technology vision aligned with company goals.
• Lead a technology org of engineers, data scientists, and IT professionals.
• Own the technology stack, architecture, and security posture across platforms.
• Oversee infrastructure, cloud services, and disaster recovery planning.
• Drive agentic AI adoption to boost productivity and innovation.
