TalentBridgeDubai is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead technology vision and platform infrastructure for its Dubai HQ. This role blends fintech, AI, automation, and global trading systems to drive the company forward.

You will architect trading and analytics platforms, guide a high-caliber development team, and set the technical roadmap to scale securely and rapidly in international markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technology leadership, managing multi-functional teams (5+ people).
• Experience in fintech, proprietary trading, or SaaS environments.
• Proficiency in backend (Python/Node.js) and frontend (React/Vue); cloud deployment (AWS/GCP).
• Entrepreneurial, agile mindset with problem-solving and innovation.
• Experience building or scaling tech platforms in fintech or prop trading.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technology vision, roadmap, and platform strategy for Dubai HQ.
• Architect scalable AI models and automation to optimize trading operations.
• Mentor and expand a multi-disciplinary development team.
• Oversee end-to-end development of trader tech stacks, dashboards, analytics, and CRM.
• Ensure security, performance, and scalability for international expansion.
