Client of Reqiva is seeking a Global Chief Technology Officer to establish Dubai as the global technology hub. You will define strategy, lead international engineering teams and shape high‑performance trading platforms in a rapid growth environment.

The role requires deep expertise in distributed systems, real‑time architectures and scalable technology leadership. You will work closely with founders, boards and executives to propel global expansion.

• Experience leading technology teams in financial markets.
• Proven ability to scale trading or fintech platforms.
