Job summary

Emerald Zebra seeks a Chief Product & Technology Officer to own the end-to-end product and technology portfolio across two flagship businesses. You will define multi-product strategy, modernize execution, and elevate product and engineering capabilities while ensuring regulatory readiness and risk controls across regions.

Leadership across distributed teams, embedding compliance in workflows, and guiding architecture and AI-enabled initiatives are central to this role.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in brokerage, trading, fintech or regulated industries.
• 5+ years in senior product leadership owning multi-product portfolios.
• Proven experience leading distributed teams across multiple regions.
• Strong capability in defining product strategy and customer value narratives.
• Ability to embed compliance, risk and auditability into product workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define a differentiated product strategy and measurable roadmap across two businesses.
• Architect the brokerage growth engine across activation, retention, trading, deposits and revenue.
• Institute compliance, risk-by-design, and governance across product and engineering.
• Lead platform architecture, shared services and scalable engineering practices.
• Develop an operating system for product development and multi-jurisdiction complexity.
• Drive AI-native execution and adoption of AI workflows in product engineering.
