The Career Nest in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a Cook / Kitchen Staff for a premium Japanese fine-dining restaurant at The Dubai EDITION. This role involves working on-site to prepare and plate dishes with Wagyu and Japanese seafood under the Head Chef's guidance.

You will complete daily mise en place, maintain strict hygiene and food safety, and collaborate with service to deliver dishes at the right pace while managing allergens and waste.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of professional kitchen experience.
• Background in Japanese cuisine, fine-dining, or five-star hotels preferred.
• English sufficient to understand kitchen instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Complete daily mise en place and organize the station.
• Handle Wagyu and Japanese seafood with care.
• Maintain precise cooking, seasoning, temperatures, and plating.
• Follow strict food safety, hygiene, storage, labeling, and stock-rotation procedures.
• Communicate allergens and prevent cross-contact.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to deliver dishes on time.
• Keep areas clean and participate in training and tastings.
