Job summary

Hyrd Consulting is seeking a Manager – Finance Strategy to drive financial planning, strategic analysis, and finance transformation initiatives. The role requires CA qualification with 7–9 years’ experience and hands-on SAP ERP expertise.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, MIS and management reporting, deliver investment analyses (ROI/NPV/IRR), and partner with senior management to improve business performance and governance across key entities.

Qualifications

• CA qualified on first attempt with 7–9 years of relevant experience.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, MIS and management reporting.
• Hands-on experience in SAP ERP implementation, upgrades and finance transformation.
• Strong knowledge of financial modelling, CAPEX evaluation, ROI, NPV, IRR and investment analysis.
• Experience in financial consolidation, variance analysis, profitability analysis and business performance management.
• Exposure to digitalisation, process automation, audit governance and PMO.
• Excellent analytical, commercial and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present insights to senior management.
