Job summary

SSC Egypt seeks a Manager - Finance & Accounts focused on Finance transformation and digital initiatives in Dubai. The role demands CA eligibility with 8-10 years in finance, strong SAP ERP expertise, and a track record in automation, governance, and ROI analytics.

You will lead SAP implementations, drive KPI dashboards, and manage cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, IT, Procurement, HR, and Operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

CA with 8-10 years' experience.
Strong experience in Finance Transformation, SAP ERP, Digitalization, Audit Governance, Financial Analysis & PMO.
Strong exposure to SAP ERP implementations, upgrades or migrations.
Experience in process re-engineering, automation, controls and SOPs.
Strong skills in financial modelling, ROI/NPV/IRR and executive reporting.
Experience with Power BI / SAP Analytics and KPI dashboards.
Strong stakeholder management across Finance, IT, Procurement, HR, Operations & Commercial.
