CA (First Attempt) with 8-10 years of experience
Strong exposure to Finance Transformation, ERP (SAP), Digitalization, Audit Governance, Financial Analysis, and PMO functions
Strong SAP ERP implementation/upgrade exposure
Lead finance process transformation, automation, and digitalization initiatives.
Drive process re-engineering, standardization, and continuous improvement.
Manage ERP implementation, upgrades, and migrations (SAP preferred).
Translate business requirements into functional solutions and oversee UAT and deployment.
Develop SOPs, strengthen controls, and improve process efficiency.
Partner closely with the Senior Financial Controller on strategic initiatives.
Build business cases, financial models, ROI, NPV, IRR, and investment evaluations.
Prepare Board presentations, management reports, and executive summaries.
Drive cross-functional transformation projects and governance frameworks.
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Track audit observations and ensure timely closure of action plans.
Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
Present audit status and risk updates to senior management.
Develop KPI dashboards using Power BI, SAP Analytics, or similar tools.
Monitor KPIs across AP, AR, GL, Treasury, FP&A, Working Capital, and Compliance.
Automate MIS reporting and business performance monitoring.
Collaborate with Finance, IT, Procurement, HR, Operations, and Commercial teams.
Lead change management, training, and adoption of new systems and processes.
Manage consultants, auditors, and implementation partners.
