Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Dubai seeks an experienced Senior Manager Director to lead our Digital Core Finance advisory, driving large-scale SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations and shaping value-led CFO agendas.

You will own client relationships at executive level, originate opportunities, and guide multi-disciplinary teams across finance, SAP delivery and technology architecture, delivering measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 12+ to 15+ years of experience in finance transformation, ERP-enabled change, or tech consulting.
• Proven track record leading SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation programmes for major global clients.
• Deep expertise in Finance Operating Model design, GBS/shared services, end-to-end processes.
• Strong senior executive relationship skills with CFOs and finance leadership.

Responsibilities

• Run and own delivery of large-scale Digital Core Finance transformation programs.
• Own sales targets, proposals, RFPs and bids for the Digital Core Finance offering.

Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Director to lead our Digital Core Finance advisory offering. This is a senior leadership role. You will own client relationships at executive level take ultimate accountability for large-scale finance transformation programmes enabled by SAP S 4HANA Finance and play a leading role in growing our Digital Core Finance business across accounts and sectors. You will bring deep understanding of finance operating models S 4HANA Finance delivery and integrated performance management translating these into tangible value for CFOs and finance leadership teams. You are expected to originate and shape opportunities take ultimate accountability for programme outcomes and build lasting client and market relationships that extend Capgemini Invent s Digital Core Finance footprint. You will work alongside finance transformation specialists SAP delivery teams and technology architects to help clients redesign their finance operating model harmonize end-to-end finance processes and embed AI-enabled forecasting reporting and controls capabilities on a clean S 4HANA-enabled core. Key expectations

Running our Projects Own and drive the delivery of large-scale Digital Core Finance transformation programs including Finance Operating Model redesign process review quality assurance SAP S 4HANA Finance transformations and Integrated Performance Management initiatives for major clients Take ultimate accountability for programme outcomes quality and client satisfaction across multiple concurrent engagements while leading developing and engaging Capgemini Invent teams to build a strong bench of Digital Core Finance talent Shape and evolve client SAP enabled finance transformation strategies in the context of market and technology trends translating these into compelling roadmaps and business cases for CFOs and finance leadership teams Ensure the quality of the work to be truly distinctive in its focus on client impact and tangible results

Business Development

• Own significant sales targets leading proposals RFPs and bids shape and evolve new propositions for the Digital Core Finance offering
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders CFOs Finance Directors Heads of FP amp A to identify and originate new opportunities across client accounts and projects
• Drive account growth strategies across existing and target clients and lead campaign and go-to-market development for the Digital Core Finance offering and SAP BTP-enabled AI-enabled finance propositions
• Build and maintain senior client relationships identifying opportunities for account growth

Learning & Development

• Contribute to the growth of the practice s skills and capability mentoring and coaching senior team members and supporting certifications and training within the team
• Develop and champion intellectual capital points of view and thought leadership content that strengthen Capgemini Invent s reputation and market visibility in Digital Core Finance

Your Skills and Experience

• 12-15+ years of experience in finance transformation, ERP-enabled change, or technology consulting, with a substantial portion spent in a senior leadership capacity
• Proven track record leading large-scale SAP S 4HANA Finance transformation programmes for major global clients (e.g. FTSE 100/Fortune 500 or equivalent enterprise environments)
• Deep expertise in Finance Operating Model design, Global Business Services/shared services, and end-to-end finance process transformation (record to report, Financial Planning & Analysis, Group Reporting)
• Strong understanding of Integrated Performance Management, including planning, reporting and analytics capabilities (e.g. SAC, EPM/reporting tools)
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain senior executive relationships at CFO and finance leadership level, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in developing and delivering consulting solutions
• Currently working in a major consulting firm
• Experience working in the Middle East region, with strong knowledge of local market dynamics and client landscape
• Significant business development track record, including ownership of sales targets and leadership of proposals and bids
• Strong people leadership experience, including building, mentoring and growing consulting teams
• Certifications: SAP S 4HANA Finance certification preferred; equivalent professional finance or consulting credentials (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) are also valued
