Job summary

Caliberly in Dubai seeks a Manager – Financial Transformation to lead finance process transformation, automation, and digitalization initiatives. You will partner with the Senior Financial Controller on strategic programs and manage cross-functional transformation projects.

The role requires 8-10 years in finance transformation, ERP (SAP) expertise, audit governance, and PMO experience, with a focus on delivering KPI dashboards using Power BI and SAP Analytics.

Qualifications

• CA (First Attempt) is required.
• 8–10 years of experience in finance transformation and PMO.
• Strong exposure to ERP (SAP), digitalization, and audit governance.
• Ability to develop business cases and present to boards.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance process transformation, automation, and digitalization.
• Drive process re-engineering, standardization, and improvement.
• Manage SAP ERP implementations, upgrades, migrations, and UAT.
• Develop SOPs, strengthen controls, and improve efficiency.
• Create KPI dashboards using Power BI or SAP Analytics.
• Prepare board presentations and executive summaries.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and close actions.
• Lead change management and adoption of new systems.
