Job summary

Infosys Consulting is seeking a Finance Consultant to lead transformation programs across core finance processes in a dynamic CRL practice. You will partner with CFOs and technology teams to deliver ERP-enabled transformations, process improvements, and operating model redesigns.

You will design TOMs and KPI frameworks, drive automation and controls, and contribute to proposals while mentoring junior staff. A senior, advisory role with global client exposure awaits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Finance Transformation, ERP Consulting, Process Consulting, or Shared Services.
• Strong functional expertise across AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, and Financial Close.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations from design to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance process assessment and transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops to capture business requirements.
• Design Target Operating Models and KPI frameworks.
• Support ERP transformation initiatives involving SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP ECC FICO, Oracle Fusion, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
• Drive process automation and controls enhancement.
• Ensure alignment with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to sales proposals, RFP responses, and business case development.
• Mentor junior consultants.
