Job summary

Al Tayer Insignia seeks a Finance Operations Coordinator on a 1-year contract to support supply chain activities and handle all related administrative duties using appropriate IT systems.

The ideal candidate will manage vendor data, assist with payments and LC processes, and ensure accurate documentation and timely LC approvals, working closely with planning, buying, and the Finance team.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce/Finance.
• 3+ years of experience in a relevant field.
• Proficient with IT systems and data handling.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support supply chain activities and administer related processes.
• Liaise with planning/buying to ensure vendor registration and accurate PO and payment details.
• Provide planners with weekly payment and delivery status information.
• Prepare data for Letters of Credit and coordinate LC openings with Finance.
• Track LC expiry dates and adjust per season commitments.
• Resolve shipment discrepancies and coordinate with suppliers for payments.
