Job summary

Infinity Developments in Dubai seeks a detail-oriented Finance Admin to support the finance team with daily financial transactions, documentation, reporting and general administrative tasks.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, familiarity with Excel and accounting software, and the ability to handle confidential information and meet deadlines in a dynamic construction environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in finance administration or a similar role is preferred.
• Experience in the construction or contracting industry is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and accounting software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.
• Able to multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily finance and accounting administrative activities.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other financial documents.
• Assist in monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Process and record payments, receipts, and expense transactions.
• Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting databases.
• Assist with bank, supplier, and customer account reconciliations.
• Follow up on pending invoices, payments, and supporting documents.
• Prepare expense summaries and basic financial reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and clients regarding financial documentation.
• Maintain proper filing of financial records for audit and reference purposes.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team as required.
