Infinity Developments in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a seasoned Head of Accounts Receivables to lead our AR and collections function, ensuring effective credit control, timely collections, and accurate financial reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 5–7 years of relevant experience with AR leadership, and strong Excel/ERP skills. Construction industry experience is preferred; you will coordinate with project, commercial, and finance teams to optimize cash flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of accounting experience with leadership in AR.
• Experience in construction or contracting industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of credit control, collections, and financial reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee the accounts receivable and collections team.
• Manage billing, invoicing, payment allocation, and reconciliations.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and collect overdue payments.
• Develop collection strategies and credit control procedures.
• Prepare aging reports, forecasts, and AR performance reports.
• Coordinate invoicing with project, commercial, and finance teams.
• Oversee monthly AR closing activities.
• Provide reports and recommendations on cash flow and collections.
• Ensure compliance with policies and accounting standards.
• Train and support AR team to hit targets.
