Job summary

A leading Oil & Gas manufacturing company in Dubai seeks an experienced Finance Manager to lead its accounting, reporting, compliance and project-control functions. You will drive monthly closings under IFRS, manage VAT and corporate tax, and oversee AP/AR, GL, payroll, inventory and fixed assets.

You'll build project budgets, monitor costs vs forecasts, and deliver cash-flow forecasts while strengthening controls and ERP usage. ECS and stakeholder management are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• CA, ACCA, CMA, CPA or equivalent preferred.
• 7-10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including team leadership.
• Experience in project accounting or project controls, ideally in Oil & Gas, engineering, EPC, construction or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT and corporate tax, budgeting, forecasting and audit.
• Advanced Excel skills and hands-on ERP experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual closing and financial reporting under IFRS.
• Ensure UAE VAT, corporate tax and statutory compliance, and manage audits.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, inventory and fixed assets.
• Build project budgets and track costs against forecast to flag overruns early.
• Prepare cash-flow forecasts and manage working capital and banking relations.
• Strengthen internal controls, risk management and ERP systems.
• Lead and develop the accounts and finance team, providing clear financial insight.
