Job summary

Tech First Gulf is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the organization’s finance and accounting functions in Dubai. The role focuses on accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, audits, and tax management, with strong internal controls to support growth.

You will optimize processes, leverage ERP systems, and provide strategic insights to HQ and regional teams, guiding them toward operational excellence and strong governance.

Qualifications

• CA with 3-4 years post-qualification experience; mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, ESR, VAT and regulatory filings.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, statutory audits, internal audits, and regulatory filings.
• Strengthen internal controls, governance, and risk management.
• Provide monthly/quarterly financial oversight for IT projects and regional accounting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and drive process improvements.
• Utilize ERP systems to streamline operations and reporting.
• Mentor and lead F&A team members toward continuous improvement.
