A leading Oil & Gas manufacturing company in Dubai seeks an experienced Finance Manager to lead its accounting, reporting, compliance and project-control functions. The role covers IFRS closing, VAT and tax compliance, AP/AR, G/L, payroll, inventory and fixed assets, plus budgeting and cash flow management.

The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of finance experience, professional qualification (CA/ACCA/CMA/CPA), ERP proficiency and strong stakeholder management skills to drive robust internal

Competenze

• Professional accounting qualification (CA/ACCA/CMA/CPA) preferred.
• 7-10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience with leadership.
• Experience in project accounting or project controls in Oil & Gas, EPC, construction or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT and corporate tax, budgeting, forecasting and audits.
• Advanced Excel skills and hands-on ERP experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

A leading Oil & Gas manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead its accounting, reporting, compliance and project-control functions.

What you'll do:

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual closing and financial reporting under IFRS


• Ensure UAE VAT, corporate tax and statutory compliance, and manage internal and external audits


• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll accounting, inventory and fixed assets


• Build project budgets and cost baselines, track actual costs against forecast, and flag overruns early


• Prepare cash-flow forecasts and manage working capital, collections and banking relationships


• Strengthen internal controls, risk management and ERP/accounting systems


• Lead and develop the accounts and finance team, and give management clear financial insight

What we're looking for:

• CA, ACCA, CMA, CPA or equivalent preferred


• 7-10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including team leadership


• Experience in project accounting or project controls, ideally in Oil & Gas, engineering, EPC, construction or manufacturing


• Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT and corporate tax, budgeting, forecasting and audit


• Advanced Excel skills and hands‑on ERP experience


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
