Job summary

Careers International is seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to lead the company’s financial operations in Dubai. You will ensure accurate reporting, provide strategic financial guidance, and support growth with robust FP&A and compliance practices.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of financial management experience in contracting, civil construction, or interior fit-out, with strong Excel and financial modelling skills and a proven ability to work cross-functionally with project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s or CPA/CFA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of financial management experience in contracting, civil construction, or interior fit-out.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Proficient in financial software with advanced Excel and modelling.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability and cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for senior management.
• Lead FP&A activities, variance analysis, and financial modelling.
• Collaborate with project managers to monitor budgets, costs, and performance.
• Conduct financial risk assessments and mitigate where needed.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audits.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support growth decisions.
