Job summary

UpMan Placements seeks a Chartered Accountant in Dubai with 3–5 years PQE to lead multi‑entity finance operations and coordinate with auditors. The role requires hands‑on month‑end and year‑end closing, MIS reporting, and strong technical accounting skills.

The ideal candidate has SAP FICO experience, VAT/tax exposure, inter‑company reconciliations and a proven track record in financial governance. Multinational exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• CA with 3–5 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) and multi‑entity finance operations.
• 1–2+ years of experience supervising a finance/accounts team.
• Hands‑on experience in month‑end/year‑end closing, MIS, financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Experience managing multi‑entity accounting and inter‑company reconciliations/settlements.
• Strong exposure to VAT, Corporate Tax and Hong Kong Profits Tax.

Responsibilities

• End‑to‑end statutory audit and financial statement preparation; Big 4/audit‑firm background preferred.
• Treasury, cash‑flow forecasting, banking operations and KYC exposure.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, banks and overseas finance teams.
• Maintain financial controls, SOPs, approval matrices and segregation of duties.
• Support inter‑company accounting and inter‑company settlements.

A CA with 3–5 years PQE, currently handling multi‑entity finance/accounting operations, who has progressed beyond individual contributor responsibilities into team supervision, with strong SAP FICO + audit + taxation + inter‑company accounting exposure.
