Job summary

Tally, Dubai-based, is looking for a Finance Manager to lead the finance and accounting function and ensure precise reporting and controls. You will oversee monthly reporting, budgeting and cash-flow management while guiding the team to deliver accurate results.

You will collaborate with senior management on planning, investments and performance analysis, driving improvements in controls, profitability and compliance within the UAE business landscape.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, preferably with managerial or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and cash-flow management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good commercial acumen.
• Good understanding of internal controls, tax and statutory requirements.
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen internal controls, financial processes and risk management.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and other external parties.
• Support management in business planning, investment decisions and commercial analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency, cost control and business performance.
• Lead, coach and manage the finance team.
