Job summary

Shapoorji Pallonji & Company Pvt. Ltd. in Dubai seeks an Assistant Finance Manager who is fluent in Chinese and English to lead financial planning, reporting and analysis in a demanding oil and gas environment. The role requires SAP proficiency, advanced Excel skills and IFRS knowledge.

You will coordinate internal and external audits, manage month-end closings, and drive budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis to support executive decisions. UAE/Middle East experience is essential.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA/ACCA/CFA required or equivalent international degree.
• 5+ years post-qualification experience for CA/CPA/ACCA/CFA holders; 8+ years for International Business or equivalent degree holders.
• Strong proficiency in SAP and Advanced Excel.
• Oil & Gas sector experience in UAE or Middle East is mandatory.
• Big 4 or equivalent accounting/consulting preferred.
• In-depth IFRS knowledge and regulatory familiarity.
• Experience coordinating internal and external audits.
• Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis experience.
• Financial reporting, month-end/year-end closing and management reporting.
• Fluent Chinese and English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
