Job summary

GCC Group, a Dubai-headquartered corporate services and capital markets group, seeks a Finance Manager to own the group’s financial operations across multiple entities. Based in Dubai, you will manage cashflow, payroll, budgeting, reporting, and banking relationships to support growth.

This long-term role requires strong finance leadership, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work under pressure. Immediate joiners preferred; Tagalog speaker is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in a finance role, including at least two in a managerial capacity.
• Strong hands-on cashflow management experience.
• Proven payroll management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Currently in the UAE with a transferable visa or eligible for a new employment visa.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day cashflow - forecasting, monitoring, and ensuring liquidity.
• Own end-to-end payroll processing across the group, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports and reconciliations.
• Proactively flag financial risks or gaps before they become problems.
• Coordinate with leadership on financial planning and reporting deadlines.
• Liaise with banks, auditors and vendors.
• Maintain compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
• Support the finance side of our UAE and Saudi entities as the group grows.

Dubai, UAE | Full time, on-site

Entity: GCC Solutions, part of GCC Group

Location: Dubai, UAE (Barsha Heights office); on-site, full time

Reports to: Managing Director

Contract: Full-time, UAE mainland employment visa, 6-month probation

Compensation: AED 8,000 to 10,000 per month, depending on experience, plus medical insurance and statutory benefits

Start: Immediate joiners preferred; Tagalog Speaker preferred

GCC Group is a Dubai-headquartered corporate services, legal structuring and capital markets group operating as GCC Solutions, GCC Law, Gulf Equity Partners and Gulf Trust, with offices in Abu Dhabi, Riyadh and Kuwait. We are a small, senior team serving founders, family offices, fund managers and international companies entering the Gulf.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Finance Manager to take ownership of financial operations across the group. This is a long-term role for someone who wants to grow with the company, not just pass through it.

In a team this size you will own the finance function rather than a slice of it: the cashflow, the payroll, the reporting and the relationships with our banks and auditors. It suits someone who flags a problem three weeks out rather than reporting it after the fact.

• Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports and reconciliations
• Proactively flag financial risks or gaps before they become problems, rather than reacting to requests
• Coordinate with leadership on financial planning and reporting deadlines
• Liaise with banks, auditors and vendors
• Maintain compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies
• Support the finance side of our UAE and Saudi entities as the group grows

Desired Candidate Profile

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Essential

• Minimum five years in a finance role, including at least two in a managerial capacity
• Strong hands-on cashflow management experience - a core requirement, not a nice-to-have
• Proven payroll management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• Able to work effectively under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
• Strong written and spoken English
• Currently in the UAE with a transferable visa or eligible for a new employment visa

Preferred

• Experience in professional services, corporate services or a multi-entity group
• Familiarity with UAE VAT and corporate tax filing requirements
• Experience with Zoho Books or a comparable accounting platform
• Exposure to Saudi Arabian financial or payroll requirements
• Arabic language skills
• A professional qualification - ACCA, CPA, CMA or equivalent - in progress or completed

HOW WE WILL ASSESS CANDIDATES

Shortlisted candidates will complete a short written assessment covering practical cashflow and payroll scenarios. We are interested in how you reason through a problem, not in textbook answers.
