Elnaggar amp Partners in Dubai seeks a Finance Manager to lead day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and compliance within UAE regulations. You will oversee budgeting, cash flow, payroll, and HR-related financial processes to support strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in finance, ACCA/CPA/CMA/CA, and deep UAE VAT and corporate tax experience, with strong analytical and communication skills to coordinate with auditors, regulators, and internal teams.

• 5+ years in finance, accounting or financial management.
• Strong UAE VAT and CT regulations knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting bookkeeping and financial operations
• Handling client s account
• Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports and management accounts
• Manage budgeting cash flow forecasting and financial planning
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and CT financial regulations and statutory requirements
• Oversee accounts payable accounts receivable banking and reconciliations
• Manage payroll employee benefits gratuity calculations and related HR financial processes
• Coordinate with auditors tax advisors banks and regulatory authorities
• Maintain financial controls policies and accurate financial records
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CMA, or CA) preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management.
• Strong understanding of UAE VAT and CT regulations, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
