The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of finance experience, strong commercial acumen, and proven capabilities in business integration and transformation initiatives. Leadership and management of finance teams across multiple jurisdictions are also essential for this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead all financial, tax, treasury, legal governance and compliance functions across the GCC region.
• Partner with Regional Managing Directors to drive business performance, strategic planning and operational excellence.
• Oversee the integration of acquired regional businesses into the global operating model.
• Drive business transformation initiatives, performance management frameworks and working capital optimization.
• Provide strategic financial insights and decision support to regional and global leadership teams.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and global standards across all financial and legal functions.
• Lead and develop high‑performing finance teams across multiple jurisdictions.
• Represent the finance function in cross‑functional and global leadership forums.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; CPA, CA or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience with at least 5 years in a senior regional or global role.
• Proven track record of leading finance functions in complex multi‑country environments within the GCC or similar regions.
• Demonstrated experience in business integration, M&A and transformation initiatives.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on driving performance and value creation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Expertise in financial planning, forecasting, treasury management and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving global organization with a high degree of autonomy.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
