Job summary

Finance Manager role in Dubai will lead the full finance function for a fast-growing, multi-entity health and wellness group. You will report to the CEO and oversee the Financial Controller and Bookkeeper, shaping financial strategy, cash flow, procurement, controls, and performance management as the group scales regionally and internationally.

This senior, hands-on position requires strategic partnership with leadership while remaining deeply involved in day-to-day finance operations, systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; professional CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred.
• 16-18+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience in multi-entity, high-growth environments.
• Strong background in financial planning, cash flow management, procurement and cost control.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, audit processes, tax compliance and internal controls.
• Experience across UAE and KSA jurisdictions; UAE VAT, ZATCA, WPS and GOSI knowledge.
• Advanced proficiency in finance systems, BI tools and reporting platforms.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop finance teams.
• Strong commercial judgement and execution-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Act as the strategic finance partner to CEO and leadership, guiding regional and international growth.
• Support scenario planning, capital allocation and governance reporting to senior leadership.
• Build and maintain integrated financial models; lead budgeting and rolling forecasts with variance analysis.
• Own accounting, month-end close, reconciliations and management reporting across all entities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, ZATCA, payroll, WPS, GOSI and other statutory rules.
• Prepare group for audits, due diligence, regulatory reviews and future sale or investment readiness.
• Manage cash flow planning, liquidity, banking relationships and working capital.
• Lead procurement strategy, vendor negotiations, contract management and controls.
• Own CapEx planning, ROI assessment and post-investment tracking.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Marketing on pricing and unit economics by entity.
• Partner with HR on headcount planning, incentives and commission structures.
• Define and monitor executive-level financial KPIs and dashboards.
• Identify and mitigate risks and enforce internal controls and delegation of authority.
• Design finance SOPs and roadmap, integrating with CRM, POS and HR systems.
• Lead and develop the finance team, including Financial Controller and Bookkeeper.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; CPA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent preferred
• 16-18+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience in multi-entity, high-growth environments

• Experience operating across multiple jurisdictions, ideally the UAE and KSA

• Strong commercial judgement and a hands-on, execution-focused approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Acting as the strategic finance partner to the CEO and leadership team, leading the financial roadmap for regional and international growth
• Supporting scenario planning, capital allocation and investment decisions, and providing governance reporting to senior leadership
• Building and maintaining integrated financial models, and leading annual budgeting and rolling forecasts with variance analysis
• Owning accounting, month-end close, reconciliations and management reporting across all group entities
• Ensuring compliance with UAE VAT, KSA ZATCA, payroll, WPS, GOSI and other statutory requirements
• Preparing the group for audits, due diligence, regulatory reviews and future sale or investment readiness
• Owning cash flow planning, liquidity, banking relationships and working capital, including receivables and payables
• Leading procurement strategy, vendor negotiations, contract management and purchasing controls
• Owning CapEx planning, ROI assessment and post-investment tracking
• Partnering with Sales, Operations and Marketing on pricing and promotions, and owning unit economics by branch, service, course and product
• Partnering with HR on headcount planning, commission structures and incentives
• Defining and monitoring executive-level financial KPIs and dashboards
• Identifying and mitigating financial, operational, compliance and fraud risks, and enforcing internal controls and delegation of authority
• Designing finance SOPs and owning the finance systems roadmap, including integration with CRM, POS and HR systems
• Leading and developing the finance team, including the Financial Controller and Book keeper, and building financial literacy across the business
