Job summary

Metropolitan Group in Dubai seeks an experienced Finance Director to lead financial planning, management reporting, cash flow control and financial governance in close partnership with the Board. You will drive annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, monitor costs against plans, analyze variances and present actionable recommendations to optimize profitability and liquidity across the business.

The role requires strong Excel and ERP experience, familiarity with 1C, and professional certifications;

Qualifications

• Experience in budgeting, management reporting, and forecasting.
• Ability to build and interpret financial models.
• Strong Excel and financial analysis tools knowledge.
• Knowledge of real estate industry operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly management reporting covering P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts and report to Board.
• Monitor costs against budgets and identify optimization opportunities.
• Evaluate projects and capex through financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Oversee accounts receivable collection and coordinate with Sales/Operations/Legal.
• Establish financial approvals and govern processes as per Board delegation.
• Lead and develop the finance team and align with department heads.
