Job summary

The Corporate Institute in Dubai is seeking a Manager – Finance & Cash Flow Management to coordinate with stakeholders, manage daily bookkeeping, and optimize liquidity for cross‑border payments. You will oversee cash flow forecasting, payment scheduling, and regulatory compliance, while maintaining rigorous financial control.

Strong Excel skills and ERP experience are essential. Ideal candidates have MBA in Finance or CA, 12+ years of relevant experience, and a track record in multi-currency

Qualifications

• Commerce Graduate with MBA in Finance or CA or related discipline.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, payment processing, or cash flow coordination.
• Strong Excel skills and working knowledge of SAP, Oracle or Tally.
• Exposure to digital payment systems such as Remita, SWIFT, SEPA or relevant regional platforms.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks and KYC for cross-border payments.
• Excellent communications and stakeholder management abilities.
• High integrity, trustworthiness and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping & financial record maintenance across cash and vendor ledgers.
• Cash flow monitoring, forecasting and disbursement management with multi‑currency handling.
• Reporting, coordination with stakeholders and senior management on cash positions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory remittance and cross‑border payment norms.
