Confidential in Dubai is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, manage project budgets, monitor cash flow, and ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations. The role provides strategic financial guidance to management and supports planning for business growth.

The ideal candidate will supervise accounting, VAT/compliance, audits, and risk controls while leading a finance team to deliver accurate reporting and insights for senior management.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily financial operations, accounting, and reporting activities.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Monitor project costs, profitability, and budget variances.
• Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Develop financial controls and risk management procedures.
• Analyze financial performance and recommend cost-saving strategies.
• Manage banking relationships, payments, and working capital.
• Supervise and guide the finance and accounting team.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management.
• Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with company policies.
