Lift Mart in Dubai seeks a senior finance leader to own financial planning, cash flow, banking relationships, and cost control. This hands-on role directs day-to-day bookkeeping above the general accountant, focusing on strategy, forecasting, and decisions that protect and grow the company's cash position.

You will manage cash forecasts, receivables, payables, bank facilities, and project cost control, with monthly management accounts and VAT/tax compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in finance management or controller role.
• Experience managing cash flow in working-capital-intensive businesses.
• Experience with UAE banking facilities and negotiating with banks.
• Strong Excel and ERP skills; Odoo familiarity preferred.
• VAT and corporate tax knowledge; fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• 13-week rolling cash flow forecast—updated weekly.
• Receivables management to reduce DSO with active follow-up and escalation discipline.
• Payables management—schedule supplier payments to protect cash.
• Manage banking relationships and restructure debt into efficient facilities.
• Project cost control with live budget vs. actuals.
• Monthly management accounts with variance commentary.
• VAT and tax filings accuracy and timeliness.
• Budgeting and quarterly reforecasting.
