We are seeking a hands-on Finance, HR & Administration Manager to manage the company's accounting, HR, administration, and Free Zone compliance functions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a UAE Free Zone environment and be capable of independently handling finance, payroll, employee administration, trade licence renewals, and office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting

• Manage end-to-end accounting, including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing.
• Prepare management accounts, MIS reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports.
• Handle VAT and Corporate Tax compliance.
• Coordinate audits, banking activities, and financial reporting.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital.

HR & Payroll

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Handle payroll, WPS, leave management, gratuity, and EOSB calculations.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate recruitment and employee administration.

Administration & Compliance

• Manage trade licence renewals and Free Zone compliance requirements.
• Coordinate employee visas, Emirates IDs, labour documentation, and renewals.
• Liaise with Free Zone authorities, government departments, banks, and service providers.
• Oversee office administration, procurement, vendor management, and facility-related matters.
