Job summary

Finstorm Placement Services in Dubai seeks a hands-on Finance, HR & Administration Manager to lead accounting, payroll and Free Zone compliance. The role requires independent handling of finance, HR administration, trade licence renewals and related office operations.

The successful candidate will have UAE Free Zone experience, strong management accounting and financial reporting skills, and the ability to liaise with government authorities, banks, and service providers.

Qualifications

• 8-15 years UAE experience in a similar role.
• Experience in UAE Free Zone environment.
• Strong management accounting and financial reporting skills.
• Experience with payroll, WPS, VAT and Corporate Tax.
• Experience handling trade licence renewals and employee visa processes.
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end accounting, including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing.
• Prepare management accounts, MIS reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports.
• Handle VAT and Corporate Tax compliance.
• Coordinate audits, banking activities, and financial reporting.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, payroll, and HR administration.
• Coordinate trade licence renewals and Free Zone compliance requirements.
