Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in technical support or system administration are a plus.
• Proven experience in a technical support or field service role, preferably within fleet management or telematics.
• Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to solve complex technical problems under pressure.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards and experience with reporting requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for handling client interactions and collaborating with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware software and network connectivity for client systems.
• Coordinate schedules for on-site technicians to handle preventive maintenance repairs and installations as needed.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory standards ensuring all support activities meet industry guidelines.
• Conduct follow-up checks on reported issues keeping clients informed of resolutions and addressing any outstanding concerns.
• Update and manage client databases including driver and vehicle details ensuring accurate and current records.
• Collaborate with the Technical Manager and relevant teams to address escalated issues and maintain high service standards.
