Job summary

GE Vernova in Dubai seeks an experienced Field Service Manager to lead and optimize field operations for Transmission & Distribution equipment. You will plan resources, coordinate engineers, tools, and manpower, and ensure project schedules are met.

You will monitor mobilization, provide technical support, ensure EHSQ compliance, manage customer communications, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams including Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain and Sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• 5-10 years of experience supervising work teams in the T&D industry
• General knowledge of Transmission & Distribution systems
• Knowledge of GIS, AIS+GCB, and Transformer equipment
• Knowledge of electrical regulations and financial metrics (costing & estimation)
• Knowledge of immigration processes for cross-border mobilization
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required
