Job summary

Black Pearl Consult is seeking an experienced Outdoor Sales Consultant for the UAE market, focusing on home appliances. You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and payment collection, building relationships with kitchen dealers and commercial clients, and developing the client base.

The role requires a target-driven sales professional with strong client relationships, a valid UAE driving license, and fluent Arabic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant UAE sales experience.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory for this outdoor role.
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent relationship-building abilities with a target-driven mindset.
• Self-motivated and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Research potential accounts and generate high-quality sales leads.
• Arrange appointments with dealers, designers, restaurants, landscape companies, and furniture stores through scheduled visits or cold calling.
• Conduct professional product presentations to showcase our home appliance range.
• Visit kitchen dealers consistently according to a pre-defined weekly schedule.
• Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with both new and existing customers while expanding the client database.
• Negotiate strategically with customers to close sales and exceed monthly targets.
• Coordinate internally with other departments to ensure smooth processing of sales orders.
• Track the full sales lifecycle: collect LPOs, monitor deliveries, manage product returns/exchanges, and follow up on payments and cheque collections.
• Monitor and report on competitor products, pricing, and market activities.
• Keep abreast of the latest industry developments and market trends within the UAE.
• Maintain accurate records of all leads, customer accounts, and sales data to analyze and improve results.
