Job summary

DP World in Dubai seeks an Executive - Field Sales (2PL) to drive growth across CFS, Dry Port and Freight Management solutions; you will generate leads, develop client relationships and manage assigned accounts. You will build a strong sales pipeline, prepare proposals, coordinate with pricing, operations and finance, and chase opportunities through closure; travel for client meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales, business-development or account-management experience within shipping, logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain services.
• Working knowledge of 2PL logistics including Freight Management, CFS operations, Dry Ports, and Line/NVOCC business.
• Experience in lead generation, customer relationship management and maintaining a sales pipeline.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Customer-focused, proactive and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective customers including shipping lines, NVOCCs, freight forwarders and logistics providers.
• Build and maintain an individual sales pipeline against targets.
• Conduct customer visits, prepare proposals and quotations, and follow up to closure.
• Manage assigned customer accounts and identify opportunities for retention, cross-selling and revenue growth.
• Coordinate with pricing, operations, finance and other teams to develop competitive customer solutions.
• Support onboarding and follow up on service or commercial matters to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor competitor activity and market developments.
• Participate in industry events, networking activities and customer meetings.
